History of the family Raczko

Raczko - ancient nobility of Russian origin in Lithuania, boyars and knights, higher nobility that where adopted into the Clan of Ostoja in the middle of 15th century. In early documents as for the position of the family members with power of judging they where barones.

Rafal Saczkowicz Raczko of Puczyce, judge in the earth Bielsko in 1470 and mayor in the Mielnik in 1484. - In the province of Vitebsk: Edward, Napoleon, Joseph, and Wladislav, sons of Francis, Dominic, grandsons of Onufry, grand-grandson of Wasyl (1870 and 1905).
