In 1358, Knight Jakusz ( Jakub ) Ostoja coat of arms is the owner of Błociszewo. From the year 1370 comes famous seal of the Knights Ostoja coat of arms of Lviv governor. In the year 1393 in Błociszewio is noted knight Mirosz Ostoja coat of arms in 1393 he was judge of Poznan county. In the year 1408 the brothers Jan and Mikoaj Błociszewscy built parish Church in Błociszewo of course with the permission of the Wojciech Jastrzębiec bishop of the Poznan earth .
