History of family

Raczko - ancient nobility and knights of Lithuania. There were many families who from the sixteenth century used different coats of arms, including Ostoja. The first known Raczko coat of arms Ostoja was Masio, according to historian Stanislaus Mleczko hi was the son of John from Kibortyszki, Podubise and Ugiany in Żmudź. The test Y-DNA descendants of this family does not confirm information from Mleczko. Well-known arguments of nobility confirm that three konow people from families Raczko they belonged to the family of Ostoja from Lithuania. Read more
