The shield is of Stibor de Stiboricz of Ostoja and the Dragon represents the Orden of the Dragon that Lord Stibor de Stiboricz and his son was member of. Membership in the Orden was hereditary, once the line extinct, it was past over to the Clan members. This is now heritage of Ostoja as a Clan but not of any single family. Hereditary titles that members of the Orden received (see "Barons of the Realm") are also hereditary but cannot be applyed on any member of the Clan of Ostoja of today since son of Stibor de Stiboricz, Stibor de Beckov died without issue.
