Bohdanow - property of Danielewicz family and later also of Czechowicz of Ostoja family. The property was around 7.000 hectars of land and belonged in the begining to Prince Bohdan Sapieha, property was named after his name. Later the property past to the Wollowicz famile and shortly after it was in the hans of Pac family.
Roman Danielewicz married Katarzyna Pac, daughter of voivode of Minsk and since the voivode had no other children, he adopted Roman and Katarzyna's son Michal and left all the properties to him, including Bohdanow. Michal's son Franciszek sold the Bohdanow property to Czechowicz of Ostoja family that hold it until it past to Fernand Ruszczyc - his wife was from Czechowicz family. Ruszczyc is well known painter and it is thank to him we can today see anything of Bohdanow. All the property have been burned down to the ground during several wars.
