During the Greater Poland Uprising in 1848, Błociszewski was officer and instructor in Uprising army, after that he was again imprisoned in the stronghold of Poznan. In 1862, he was forced to sell part of his land and moved to Poznań where he worked to improve fight ability of army unites.
All three son's of Błociszewski took part in the January Uprising 1863 but Stanisław himself was raising founds for the army and formed new unites, collected weapons. Because of that, he was again imprisoned in Poznań and later moved to Berlin. He was released 1864, died in Grzybowo 1884.
