Lniski - one of the oldest knight families of Ostoja, dated in early XIV century in Pomerania. There is another Lniski family that origin from Skrzeszewski family, noted ion 1629. This family hold coat of arms that is called Ostoja pruska which is according to many experts in heraldry not a variation of Ostoja. Ostoja pruska is used by few families in Prussia and Kaszuby.
