After the war, all the land have been taken by the state, the Palace have been left and is today almost a ruin. Although of historical values and in hands of the State, there is nothing done to preserve this magnificent building. After the fall of communist regime in Poland, the property is still not used or restored. There is also no intention from democratic authorities to give property back to it's rightful owners and so it is still considered to be stolen from Błociszewski of Ostoja family.
