Because of desertion, he was sentence to death in Prussia. However, Błociszewski joined polish army under the command of general Bukowski and fought well in the Uprising. For his great efforts and service for Poland, he was given the order of '''[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtuti_Militari Virtuti Militari]'''. General Dwernicki wrote special note about Błociszewski in his note to the leader of the Uprising. After the uprising, he was sent into the prison for 20 years, his land and estates where confiscated and he was unregistered from the list of nobility in occupied Poland. However, King of Prussia changed the doom into 16 month long prison in stronghold of Głogów.

During the Greater Poland Uprising in 1848, Błociszewski was officer and instructor in Uprising army, after that he was again imprisoned in the stronghold of Poznan. In 1862, he was forced to sell part of his land and moved to Poznań where he worked to improve fight ability of army unites.

All three son's of Błociszewski took part in the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/January_Uprising January Uprising] 1863 but Stanisław himself was raising founds for the army and formed new unites, collected weapons. Because of that, he was again imprisoned in Poznań and later moved to Berlin. He was released 1864, died in Grzybowo 1884.

For great sacrifice and service for Poland, he was given the Order of Virtuti Militari. It is also noted that all three son's of Błociszewski took part in the January Uprising 1863.
